wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If for any
reason you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return it
to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you
received the item. SoundArt UK will repay you the
value of the goods (excluding delivery costs) within 30 days from
receipt of the returned goods without any further charge to you
except the direct cost of returning the goods.

page in order
to obtain authorisation to return. You will be sent a letter of
authorisation. Please appropriately package the items with the
letter of authorisation and the original invoice and send it to
us. SoundArt systems are high value goods, we recommend that you
use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for
non-delivery of returned items.
